When it comes to happy hours these days, Bice means business, or should we say quatro ore (“four hours”): The restaurant, 313 1/2 Worth Ave., once again has extended its drinking-and-dining-deal happy hour to include not one, not two, not three, but four hours.

Tuna tartare at Bice is among the greatest hits now featured on a four-hour happy hour menu.

That means there’s an awful lot of time to enjoy a Bice’s greatest-hits food menu, for one—a.k.a. the happy hour menu with favorite appetizers, entrees and desserts from the regular dinner menu—for 50-percent off each item.

The special menu is fairly extensive, too, during the four-hour happy hour, which now takes place 3-7 p.m. Sunday-Thursday (the happy-hour menu also is available Fridays and Saturdays, 3-6 p.m.).

As long as you place your order before 7 p.m. (even a second or two prior will work), you’re good to go.

Do the half-off math and the happy hour menu’s select appetizers—ranging from beef carpaccio to crispy calamari, zucchini and mushrooms with a spicy tomato sauce—are around $10-$12; salads start at $7; and pastas, such as penne arrabiatta and Bice’s perennially popular pappardelle al telefono, are around $13 apiece.

Fish and meat-based courses, including chicken paillard and grilled branzino, are around $12-$18, give or take a buck.

Manager Alfredo Hernandez emphasizes the happy menu includes dessert, too. For instance, there’s tiramisu, another Bice fave; it’s  $7 with the special pricing.

Of course, the extended happy hour at Bice also includes drink specials.
